I’m Alejandro Padron. I draft, model and render for firms that need more hands.

I’m a drafter with 5+ years of experience, based in East Brunswick, NJ. Small firms send me the markups, sketches and field data their own staff don’t have time to draw, and I send back finished drawings, models and renders in their standards.

Experience

I worked for Joseph Hyland Architect for five years: three full-time and two part-time, drafting and rendering residential and commercial projects.

Since then I’ve completed drafting and rendering work for multiple clients of my own.

Software: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino 3D, Twinmotion, D5 Render, Lumion, CloudCompare, ReCap.

How I work

Like a drafter in your office, without the desk.

    Your standards first

    Before I draw anything I set up from your template, layers, plot styles and title block, so the sheets look like your office made them.

  2. 02

    Questions early

    If a markup is ambiguous, I ask before I draw it. A five-minute question beats a round of corrections.

  3. 03

    A fixed quote and a date

    You know the price and the delivery date before I start. If the scope changes, I quote the change first.

  4. 04

    One link for review

    Drawings, models and renders arrive on one private page you and your client can open, measure and mark up.

I provide drafting, modeling and rendering support only. Your firm’s licensed professional reviews the work, stays the professional of record, and signs and stamps it.
